I still remember my first day that I put the DVD in for Back to Core. I thought to myself: “Oh boy, here we go, my abs are about to HURT!” I was wrong. But, what are we really working out here then? Well, in my INSANITY the Asylum Back to Core Review, I’ll let you know!
As you will quickly find out if you plan to do, or are doing, the Asylum, it’s about body control. Another thing you’ll learn is that the back is your foundation for strength. I did so many strange moves in the Back to Core workout that I never saw before. But what was AMAZING is that my back felt 1000x greater the next day. Not only that, I can feel my back strengthening, and at the same time my core is tightening up. Why? INSANITY The Asylum Back to Core, of course!
